Kickboxing Conditioning Program
The Kickboxing conditioning program is a 50 minute high paced safe and fun class focused on building endurance, burning fat, toning lean muscle and beating stress.
This is a fast paced beginner friendly class focused on conditioning and fitness.
We will be using the punches, kicks, knees, and elbows of Muay Thai along with functional body weight exercises to burn a massive amount of calories, build endurance and lean muscles, beat the crap out of any unwanted stress and negativity, and get in fighting shape!
